i have this weight. it’s been on me since the third grade and it’s never left! it has never left me. i always had God though. and then just recently my affections and feelings for God changed, I became cynical towards God. I WAS/AM ANGRY with him. When I was younger I never understood how someone could be angry with God. I thought bad shit happened to everybody so how in the world could you be mad at God? How could you be mad at the very Being that created you and everything around? And then I notice that once I got out of situation I was thrown into a new fire. This began my decline in my relationship with God. I’m not here to have a pity party because everyone’s life kinda sucks when you get to the bottom of their heart and their insecurities. I’m just here to say that life FUCKING sucks but you can’t abandon everything you have ever learned just because life sucks. God is real. If you don’t believe so, that’s cool. But He’s so damn real to me.

I’m glad I believed in myself and never gave up. It’s entirely possible if you are willing to put the effort into it..and it took me a very long time to realize that.

No restrictive diets, no pills, no tricks. Just patience, hard work and dedication.

I don’t know my current weight, but I am around 20% body fat now and my goal is 16-18%. My starting body fat was 33% :)
